Returns Policy Clara Vayne

  1. Return period

Customers have the right to register a return within 14 days of receiving their order. After registering the return, the customer has a further 14 days to send the product back.

  1. Return conditions

A return will only be accepted when:

  • The product is unworn, unwashed and undamaged

  • Labels and the original packaging are included where reasonably possible

  • The product shows no signs of use, perfume smell, make-up stains or damage

  • The return has been registered in advance via info@claravayne.com

  1. Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged, was delivered incorrectly or is demonstrably defective. As our products may be processed through international suppliers, the return address may differ from the business address. Always request the correct return address first.

  1. How to register a return

Send an email to info@claravayne.com with:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Email address used to place the order

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the product arrived damaged or was delivered incorrectly

  1. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method. Shipping costs or return costs will not be reimbursed unless legally required or if we made an error.

  1. Exceptions

Returns may be refused if products are worn, washed, damaged, incomplete or returned outside the return period.

Important: never send a return parcel without return instructions. Incorrectly sent returns cannot be processed.
