Terms and Conditions of Clara Vayne
Article 1 - General
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Clara Vayne and to every agreement between Clara Vayne and the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
Article 2 - Offers and products
We do our best to display products, prices, images, colours, sizes and descriptions as clearly and accurately as possible. Minor differences in colour, fit or material may occur due to screen settings, production differences or supplier information.
Article 3 - Orders and agreement
The agreement is formed when the customer places an order and the payment has been successfully completed. After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation by email.
Article 4 - Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Payment is made through the available payment methods in the checkout. Any customs duties, import charges or administration fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer, unless legally stated otherwise.
Article 5 - Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. The average delivery time is 7 to 14 working days after processing, depending on the supplier, carrier, demand and customs. The stated delivery time is an estimate.
Article 6 - Returns
Customers may register returns in accordance with our returns policy. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with the original labels attached. Returns without prior registration may be refused.
Article 7 - Complaints
Complaints must be reported fully and clearly within a reasonable period by emailing info@claravayne.com. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
Article 8 - Liability
Clara Vayne is not liable for indirect damage, delays caused by third parties, incorrect address details provided by the customer or improper use of products.
Article 9 - Changes
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
