At Clara Vayne, we offer free tracked shipping within Canada.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been approved. During busy periods, public holidays or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Average delivery time
After processing, the average delivery time is 7 to 14 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking information may sometimes take 24 to 72 hours to become active after the carrier has processed the parcel.

Free shipping
We do not charge shipping costs within Canada. At checkout, shipping will be shown as free tracked shipping.

Incorrect address
The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Lost or delayed parcels
In the event of a delay, we will assist with checking the tracking information. A parcel is not automatically considered lost if the tracking temporarily shows no updates. Each situation will be reviewed individually with the shipping partner.

For international deliveries, local customs or import procedures may affect the delivery time. Any charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer, unless legally stated otherwise.
